Not daylight savings time, but it’s once again time to dodge the heat in the gardens.  The garden meetings will now start at 8am except for Sabino Vista, which has meeting times that run close to sunset.  Start saving up old bedsheets for shade cloth too.  While you’re at it, don’t forget to get some long sleeve button up shirts for messing with plants like okra, cucumbers, and squash.  Sleeves serve double duty as protectors from the little prickles as well as shade cloth for gardeners.
