Melissa Chapman

I am originally from South Dakota but have lived in Tucson for over 22 years. I have a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Northern Arizona University and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Pima Community College. In my professional career, I have worked within the finance and mortgage industry for over 27 years. When not working, one of my favorite hobbies is working in my gardens. Whether it be flowers, fruits, or vegetables, I love spending time with my plants and watching them grow and flourish into beautiful flowers and edibles. I also enjoy cooking with the herbs and vegetables I have cultivated, reading, being outdoors, scuba diving, and spending time with my family and friends.  I garden at Rincon Mountain and believe being a part of the CGT is a great way to promote green spaces and local food production, thus reducing carbon footprint.
