Lou Haiduk

Lou (she/her) is excited to bring her passion for gardening, education, and community development to her role as Garden Educator at Community Gardens of Tucson. Before joining the team, Lou spent over seven years as a middle school teacher and later served as a Director of Public Allies Arizona, where she supported emerging leaders and partnered closely with nonprofits across Tucson and Phoenix. Through that work, Lou deepened her commitment to asset-based community development and community-driven solutions.
